About

We built the interview we always needed.

AnyInterview started as a question: why does every structured interview require a human to be in the room? The answer turned out to be: it doesn't.

There's a strange asymmetry at the core of modern knowledge work. Organizations need to interview thousands of people — candidates, customers, research participants, employees, audit subjects. But the humans doing the interviewing have twenty-four hours in a day and a calendar that's already full.

The bottleneck isn't judgment. It's time. When interviews don't happen, decisions get made on less information. Candidates ghost. Customers churn without a word. Research velocity drops. Audits get thin. The interview is the data collection mechanism for some of the most consequential decisions organizations make — and it almost never scales.

We built AnyInterview to solve that. A structured conversation, configured in chat, conducted by AI in your voice — and returned to you as a complete record. The interview happens. The data lands. The calendar stays free.

Built on a few hard-won beliefs.

Structured conversations produce better decisions

An unstructured interview is a conversation. A structured interview is a measurement. The quality of your process determines the quality of your signal.

Speed shouldn't mean less rigor

The tradeoff between 'fast' and 'thorough' is mostly artificial. The right tools make it disappear.

The interview is a data problem

Transcripts, scores, recordings, timestamps — every interview is a dataset waiting to be used. We built for that from day one.

Trust requires a paper trail

Consent, encryption, audit playback. If you can't show your work, you didn't do the work.

The team

We're a small team. Most of us came from recruiting, research, or building AI systems. We've been on both sides of the interview table more times than we can count.

We build in public, ship every week, and respond to every message personally. If you use AnyInterview, you can reach us directly.

Built in public

We publish our changelog weekly. We share what we're working on. We respond to feature requests within a day. When something breaks, we say so.

We think the way you build a product says something about what you believe. We believe in showing our work.
