How do I send my first interview?

Pick a template or describe your interview in chat. The AI builds the structure, you review it, then click 'Get share link.' Send that link to your participant by email, message, or embed it in your existing workflow.

How does participant consent work?

Before every interview, participants see a plain-language AI-interview disclosure. They must acknowledge it to proceed. Their consent is timestamped and stored with the transcript.

Can I customize the AI interviewer's voice?

Yes. Go to the Voice tab in the studio and choose from four voice profiles, or adjust pacing and style individually. Voice settings are saved per template.

What happens if a participant drops off mid-interview?

They can resume within the session window (default 24 hours, configurable). Partial transcripts are available immediately in your dashboard.

How do I export a transcript?

Open the interview in your dashboard, click 'Export', and choose PDF, DOCX, or JSON. Exports include the full transcript, timestamps, and AI summary.

How do I cancel or pause an interview in progress?

Interviews can be cancelled from the dashboard at any time. Participants receive an automated notification. Partial recordings are retained per your account's retention settings.
